Shipping will be only via Japan Post with tracking number.


SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of full payment receipt, and only on business days: Monday through Friday. Orders will not be shipped during weekends and holidays.

For orders below USD90, will be shipped via Japan Post International Standard Registered Airmail or other equivalent services which usually takes approximately 7-21 business days to most destinations such as USA, Canada, China, Singapore (not Russia, Germany, UK, UAE, etc. due to strict customs and processes).


For orders over USD90, will be shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) which usually takes approximately 5-14 business days to most destinations such as USA, Canada, China, Singapore (not Russia, Germany, UK, UAE, etc. due to strict customs and processes). EMS is included insurance (it is necessary to declare item value on shipping label).


International registered airmail has a tracking number but it is without insurance. Airmail has no guaranteed delivery time.

EMS is included insurance (up to the value declared on the shipping label).

Delivery time is usually approximate 7-14 business days for registered airmail and 5-10 business days for EMS (Express Mail Service).


INSURANCE (EMS only):
After completion of a formal investigation betweeen origin and destination post offices, Buyers can receive money back at the amount declared on the package which means excluding the paid shipping fees. Unless it is from Seller's fault, Seller will do full refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Please be noted that any packages are returned to my address due to undeliverable at the recipient's side such as recipient is away or local post office's error, there will be NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS. However, I will be very happy to cooperate to redeliver items at the buyer's shipping expenses.
